1. About BrowseStay

BrowseStay operates a browser extension and website that help travellers discover direct booking options published by property owners.

BrowseStay is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or any other booking platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Fees

Listing is free. BrowseStay charges a 5% host fee on completed direct bookings originating from BrowseStay. Guests are charged no BrowseStay fee. Full detail is set out in the Fee Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Owner responsibilities

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and pricing, for fulfilling bookings, and for compliance with the terms of any third-party platform on which they also list. Promoting direct bookings may be restricted by a platform's host agreement. That risk rests with the owner, not with BrowseStay.

4. No booking agency

BrowseStay does not take bookings, process payments, or act as an agent for either party. All bookings are made directly between the guest and the owner on the owner's own website.

5. Termination

An owner may remove their listings at any time. There is no contract term and no notice period.

6. Liability

BrowseStay provides information only and gives no warranty as to price, availability, or the condition of any property.
